RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All discounted and sale items are final sale however we are happy to accept returns and exchanges for all other new, unused merchandise.
In-Store Purchases –
We accept returns for in-store purchases within 2 weeks of purchase date for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact. We do not require a receipt for returns, but may ask some identifying questions to match your return with the correct transaction.
Gift Returns –
If you received an item from our store as a gift, you may exchange it or return it for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Gift returns are for store credit or exchange only.
Online Purchases-
We accept returns for online purchases. To make a return or exchange, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact and in the same condition that you received them. We will process the return as soon as we receive the items and have confirmed that they are in re-sale condition.
You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping fee (if there was one) will not be refunded. We are not liable for the loss of the returned item in transit. We recommend sending your package with a trackable service.
Defective Items –
If you have received a damaged or inaccurate item, please contact us within 5 days and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for a return to us. We will refund you or send a replacement item as quickly as we can.
