SHIPPING AND IN STORE PICK UP

 Domestic Shipping

We try our best to ship items within 1 day of purchase, but it can take up to 3 business days during very busy times. You will receive tracking information after the package has shipped. If you need your package quickly, we prioritize shipments with upgraded “Priority Shipping”

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees (unless otherwise noted at purchase) and they cannot be refunded with a return or exchange. 

We will provide tracking information, but are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. In the event a package is lost or stolen, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. 

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

In-store pick up

We no longer offer an in-store pick-up option from the site. However if you would like to place an order for pick up from the Saint Paul shop or our Williamsburg Brooklyn Warehouse please email us at [email protected] and we’ll figure something out.

Damaged or defective items

If you have received a damaged or inaccurate item, please contact us within 5 days and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for a return to us. We will refund you or send a replacement item as quickly as we can.
